Join us Friday evenings 6:30pm, at The Music Factory, 4875 Barnes Road in Colorado Springs. Committed followers of Jesus Christ from many different churches and backgrounds gather together to pray for the non-christians in our lives as well as the city of Colorado Springs.

A CALL FOR REVIVAL
We believe that revival---true revival---is extremely important to the church of Jesus Christ.
When we say revival we do not mean the following:

Evangelism---although evangelism will explode in a revival.These things can be important and are not bad in themselves. But true revival should be defined as follows:
An outpouring of the Holy Spirit that transforms the lives of people in cities, states and countries and ushers in dynamic, spiritual change. Those affected by revival have a renewed, intense love for God and a profound appreciation for Christ's work on the cross, on their behalf, which results in obedience to Jesus Christ in all areas of their lives. There is a deep repentance from sin and a pursuit of God that is many times beyond what those persons ever experienced before. Revival transforms society and causes the church to fulfill its God-ordained mission. Revival changes everything.

America has forgotten her foundations, once built on God’s Word and law, and has descended into the pit of rationalism and despair. Our country is sadly led by opportunists, men and women who are filled with a desire for power and empty of any godly humility and faith. We are in trouble.
It is at this time that Christians should begin to band together and stand in prayer for God’s outpouring of grace and power. We believe that the time for inaction is long past and our only hope is the explosion of God’s presence within our churches and throughout our besieged land. We need revival---true revival---which will bring us back to the ancient path and free the hearts of our friends, families, neighbors and fellow Americans. It is only when this happens that we will become the city of light on the hill.
Hear the sound of the trumpet:
There is a trumpet call for prayer. A small band of Christians will meet in Colorado Springs, Colorado to call out to Almighty God for His divine intervention in our land. These Christians will ask God for forgiveness for our sins and will beseech Him for a restoration of the people of God. These Christians will commit to unceasing prayer for the outpouring of God’s power and presence. These Christians will take heed to the trumpet call and will pour out their souls on the altar of God.

Remember, we are Christians from many denominations and this intercessory prayer gathering is not affiliated with any one church or denomination. We are gathering in unity to express our desperate need for the intervention of God. We are Christians and we know what is needed.
